Return Policy
At Lucy & Rose Toronto, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This policy clearly explains our return conditions and procedure.
Conditions for Returns

A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it is not.

Returns of items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order are not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return by emailing info@zalviraclothing.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

Send the item back at your own expense, including all shipping and possible customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

Zalvira Clothing is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
